Smithian Fold Theory derives a positive finite substrate instead of assuming a continuum and later discretising it. From one machine-checked self-proven theorem, zero axioms and zero fitted parameters, the fold forces exact counts, a terminal spatial floor and finite closure. This edition presents three forced resolutions. The corpus identifies the Riemann zero spectrum as self-dual; the engine proves that the functional reflection has the unique fixed axis 1/2, verifies the antipodal law throughout the registered exact domains, and forces every self-dual zero state onto the half-One line. The strong sector has positive gap share 1/3 and self-coupling 2/3 in a closed period-two fold cycle that partitions the One. The fluid sector has exact floor 1/32 and vorticity cap 32; a complete 512-cell material run moves the global maximum 800 to 32 while preserving total density 150 to 150. The same lattice reproduces the centred curvature of x squared exactly at registered spacings, and its depth-five binary ladder closes the One exactly. The continuum is not used as an incumbent authority over the derived construction: valid smooth relations are recovered from the finite positive fold rather than imposed as its foundation. The complete synchronized release executes 326 suites and 2,002 exact checks with zero failures, with 326 generated-C certificates identical to source.
