This article explores the integration of health-saving technologies in the context of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) reform, focusing on physical education lessons. It emphasizes the importance of physical education for the development of students' life competencies and its role in shaping a healthy lifestyle. The article examines key aspects of the NUS, such as the changing role of the teacher, the content of education and the learning environment, and their impact on the organization of physical education lessons. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern technologies, such as fitness trackers, mobile applications and interactive multimedia resources, to improve the effectiveness of learning and motivation of students. The need for a balanced approach to technology integration that combines innovation with pedagogical principles and best practices is emphasized.
