This case report documents a patient who experienced acute dizziness and blurred vision following repeated nasal pool-water ingress while swimming. The report follows CARE guidelines and explores the rapid symptom improvement observed after administering Poria–Cinnamon Twig–Atractylodes–Licorice Decoction (Linggui Zhugan Decoction). It provides cross-disciplinary mechanistic mapping, discussing potential pathways such as airway-irritation-related autonomic reflexes, ventilatory disruption (hypocapnia), and TCM interpretations of internal fluid disturbance.
