This paper proposes a novel cognitive architecture for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) based on the principle of Negentropy (Reverse Compression). By integrating the 64-hexagram matrix from the I Ching with a competitive Alpha vs. Omega adversarial sandbox, the protocol aims to resolve the inherent entropy increase in large language models. It defines a systematic path from informational chaos to singular, coherent decision-making through 35 distinct emotional-cognitive agents.
