This paper presents version 2. 0 of the M²¹ cosmological model, built on an axially symmetric anisotropic metric defined by three fundamental parameters. Key updates from v1 include: Structural Justification: The gravitational amplification exponent is rationalized as g0=ξ021/4, derived from the model's 21-dimensional structure (3×7). Hubble Tension Resolved: A purely dimensional ratio (21/17) 1/3 resolves the tension at 0. 7 (SH0ES) and 1. 3 (Planck), with zero free parameters. Cosmological Parameters: The model reproduces ΩΛ with 1. 0 precision using the relation ΩΛ=6/21×ξ0. CMB Compatibility: A triple-brane mechanism is proposed to explain CMB isotropy (ΔT/T∼10−5) despite matter grid anisotropy. The model simultaneously resolves the Pioneer anomaly (0. 5% deviation), galactic rotation curves without dark matter (97. 71% precision on 175 SPARC galaxies), and JWST high-z galaxy anomalies via proper time extension.
