Abstract: This paper presents a formal experimental proposal for the detection and analysis of the Triple-Charm Baryon (ccc++) within the framework of the Unified Energy Exchange Theory (UEET). While the global physics community, including the NA64 collaboration at CERN, currently investigates the 17 MeV (X17) anomaly as a potential fifth force carrier, UEET identifies these phenomena as nonlinear responses of a discrete tetrahedral vacuum lattice. We propose that the ccc++ baryon represents a stable "High-Harmonic" nodal resonance of this vacuum architecture. By applying the Nodal Stability Limit (NSL), we predict a resonance mass of 4785±15 MeV/c². Unlike Standard Model (LQCD) predictions, UEET demonstrates that due to high internal geometric symmetry, the ccc++ system achieves a state of nodal coherence with an angular tension Σδ≈1. 2∘, well below the critical stability threshold of 13∘. This implies an anomalously narrow decay width and a lifespan significantly exceeding current hadronic models. We formally call upon the LHCb collaboration to perform a targeted spectral re-evaluation in the 4. 78 GeV range to validate these geometric signatures of the vacuum network.
