Mental health challenges are increasing worldwide, demanding approaches that go beyond mere homeopathic or allopathic or even any medical interventions. Bhāratīya (Indian) philosophy, yoga, music, dance, and other indigenous art forms offer profound insights into resilience, holistic wellness, and cultural psychotherapy. This paper examines how Indian spirituality and the mind-body connection contribute to mental resilience. Through a literature review of classical texts and modern psychological studies, combined with qualitative thematic analysis, the study argues that integrating traditional Indian practices into contemporary frameworks enhances emotional regulation, collective healing, and sustainable well-being. In this paper we are also going to delve deep into the system of well-being through the focal lens of classical and traditional Indian artforms.
