This paper proposes the formalization of a fourth dimension of causality: Universal Homeostasis. Beyond the established linear, retrocausal, and reciprocal models, Universal Homeostasis describes an automated, amoral systemic correction that occurs when a disruption exceeds a specific threshold of inertia. By evaluating the "ripple effect" through quantitative mass rather than qualitative intent, this study establishes a methodology to distinguish objective systemic resets from human apophenia. Through the application of the Three Laws of Discernment—Objective Magnitude, Pre-existing Bias, and Unrelated Impact—against macro-events including the Chicxulub impact, the Black Death, and the Great Oxygenation Event, we demonstrate that the universe maintains a localized resistance to entropy. This amoral ledger operates bi-directionally; whether executing the total destruction of the originating system to clear demographic debt (Destructive Homeostasis) or forcing a generative, robust new baseline (Constructive Homeostasis), the ultimate purpose is the restoration of strict mathematical equilibrium.
