This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of D. Ryan Grover’s GRUT Theory of Everything Candidate Framework in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity (TO). The study examines GRUT’s central hypothesis of the gravitational vacuum as a finite-bandwidth viscoelastic medium and confronts it with the modal axioms of TO, especially the principles of element, boundary, observation, composition, infinity, and transcendent informational substance. The analysis explores possible compatibilities and tensions between GRUT and the Theory of Objectivity, articulating the discussion with TO’s phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras. Particular attention is given to GRUT’s treatment of memory, information, gravitational decoherence, observer internalization, dark-sector reinterpretation, and cosmic expansion as terminal velocity of the vacuum. The article argues that GRUT establishes a strong physical-cosmological dialogue with TO, especially through its concepts of responsive medium, memory, information, boundary, observer, and testability. However, it also identifies important modal tensions, since GRUT does not explicitly identify the transcendent element as knowledge or information produced in atomic relations and equivalent to atomic radiation, as proposed by TO.
