This study examines the predictive effect of administrative support services on undergraduate students’ satisfaction in a private university college in Ghana. With increasing saturation and declining enrollment in Ghana’s private higher education sector, understanding factors that enhance student satisfaction has become essential for institutional sustainability. Administrative support services—such as course registration assistance, fee processing, student portal access, and timely responses to student inquiries—play a critical role in shaping students’ academic experiences. Additionally, core administrative functions including correspondence management, scheduling, record keeping, and data maintenance contribute to the efficiency and reliability of service delivery. Using a quantitative research approach, the study evaluates how these services influence overall student satisfaction. The findings suggest that effective, timely, and student-centered administrative support significantly predicts higher levels of satisfaction among undergraduate students. The study underscores the importance of strengthening administrative systems and processes to improve student experiences and institutional competitiveness. Recommendations are provided for university administrators to enhance service delivery and address emerging challenges in the sector
