• This article proposes a new framework for social BPM supported by conversational agents. • The framework combines social interaction, intent detection, and process memory for collaborative process management. • Four specialized agents are defined to handle the process lifecycle. • This approach demonstrates how AI-based conversations improve participation, flexibility, and transparency in BPM. • A call for tenders use case illustrates the feasibility and benefits of the proposed framework.
