Cosmological Editing: Inflation and Redshift as Artifacts of Temporal Reconstruction. Version 2.0 — The End of the Global Frame This work presents a relational ontology based on local geometric reconfigurations (p-gluons) and the network of causal relations connecting them. Version 2.0 departs from the earlier framework of globally synchronized frames and replaces it with a fully local ontology in which no global clock, global synchronization, or privileged present moment exists. In this framework, the fundamental constituents of reality are local events, local histories, and causal relations. The large-scale structure of the Universe emerges as a reconstruction of a distributed causal graph rather than from a pre-existing global spacetime background. Main propositions: • Time is not a fundamental entity but an emergent property reconstructed from causal ordering within a network of events. • Cosmological inflation and redshift may be interpreted as consequences of changes in the density and structure of event records within the causal graph, rather than as direct manifestations of an expanding space. • Information propagates locally through successive neighborhood relations ("domino principle"), while global order emerges from a vast number of local interactions. • The global causal graph is not a primitive ontological object but an abstract reconstruction of distributed relational memory encoded throughout the network of p-gluons. The work is intended as an ontological framework and research program rather than a replacement for General Relativity or contemporary cosmology. Its purpose is to explore an alternative conceptual foundation for understanding time, geometry, causality, and the large-scale evolution of the Universe. At its core, Version 2.0 is built upon four guiding principles: "There is no global present." "There is no global knowledge." "There are only local events, local memories, and causal relations."
