Theoretical framework redefines the periodic table, exploring phase transitions in atomic systems, suggesting new implications for information physics.
Abstract (English) This paper introduces a theoretical framework in information physics that expands the standard understanding of the periodic table by redefining it as an "Information Crystallization Table". Within this paradigm, chemical elements are characterized not merely by valence interactions, but by a critical structural threshold termed the De-crystallization Value (Vdc). Beyond this specific energy potential, dense matter undergoes a phase transition, breaking its three-dimensional symmetry to return to the fluid informational substrate of the quantum vacuum, governed by the fundamental rigidity constant εT. The manuscript formalizes the universal de-crystallization equation by mapping the interplay between the nuclear quantum resonance frequency, the structural form factor derived from the element's Z-Matrix(ΦTAU(Z)), and vacuum rigidity. A comparative group analysis maps the structural melting hierarchy—ranging from the "soft" crystallization of light elements to the critical stabilization nodes of actinides. Ultimately, the paper outlines the practical deployment of the Z-Matrix as a multi-matrix navigation chart, designed to trigger synchronous phase transitions in complex atomic systems while neutralizing environmental thermal noise.
