Though Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPi) are used in ovarian cancer with DNA damage repair pathway and improve survival outcomes, therapy-related myeloid neoplasms (t-MDS/AML) are emerging as a rare but serious complication. Clinico-demographic profile and therapy have been challenging due to paucity of literature, especially from low middle income countries (LMIC).
