Abstract Large oligonucleotide fragments obtained by partial digestion of yeast phenylalanine transfer ribonucleic acid with ribonuclease T1 have been separated and characterized. The information provided by these analyses and those described in the preceding paper has permitted the derivation of the total sequence of phenylalanine transfer ribonucleic acid.
