Abstract Appear™ 3000 and AryLite™ plastic films satisfy most of the necessary requirements for use as substrates in flexible flat panel displays. Preliminary evaluations have shown excellent physical and optical properties and chemical resistance. We now present further progress with respect to poly‐Si TFT array fabrication.
