Abstract A palladium‐catalyzed reaction of 2‐alkynylaniline, isocyanides, and silver acetate is described, leading to 3‐amidylindoles in moderate to good yields. During the process, five new bonds are formed with high reaction efficiency in one‐pot procedure.
