Does radiofrequency ablation to the endocardial mitral annulus eliminate mitral annulus ventricular tachycardia (MAVT)?
Radiofrequency ablation applied to the endocardial mitral annulus is an effective tactic for eliminating the MAVT variant of idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia.
We described the EP findings of the new variant of RMVT, MAVT. Most MAVTs could be eliminated by RF applications to the endocardial mitral annulus using our proposed tactics.
