Abstract

The author analyzes the effects of seasonal migration on the economic development of the town of Guadalupe Mexico. He attempts to identify the differences in earning of families with legal illegal and no migrants and compares patterns of consumption between the three family groups. He also discusses the implications of U.S. labor migration for the sending communities of rural Mexico (ANNOTATION)
