Does ivabradine improve symptoms and reverse tachycardiomyopathy in a patient with focal left atrial tachycardia?
This case report suggests ivabradine can effectively reduce the rate of focal atrial tachycardia and reverse resulting tachycardiomyopathy.
Ivabradine has been shown to be effective in reducing sinus rate. Here we report of a case where ivabradine reduced the rate of a focal atrial tachycardia relieving patient's symptoms and reversing tachycardiomyopathy.
