The purposes of this article are to present a model of peer group supervision and highlight findings from a qualitative exploration of this approach with master's-degree students in counseling and doctoral candidate supervisors. Based on previous approaches, a process-sensitive peer group supervision (PSPGS) model was developed to incorporate group process dynamics and supervision concepts. Results from a qualitative investigation of PSPGS generated initial theoretical conceptualizations regarding what occurs throughout a 15-week experience. Emergent themes pertained to supervisees' development, benefits of peer interactions and PSPGS, supervision group development, and the role of the supervisor.
