Abstract Notes 1 It present there is much rumour about the emergence of a web 3.0, as new semantic websites have been developed (e.g. stumbleupon.com). But to date there is no evidence that these websites will gain importance in the next few years. This development is not an improvement on web 2.0, as the name may suggest, but names a different technical development to implement meta-filter-websites that provide content from other websites.
