The paper describes the steps used in developing a set of scales to evaluate the effects of individual differences on bargaining behavior. It presents a description of the six scales in the schedule, together with descriptive statistical data and norms for the scales, and gives procedures for administering and scoring the scales. A copy of the currently used form of the schedule is included in the appendix. (Author)
