Load Forecasting Bibliography Phase II

Phase I of the load forecasting bibliography dealt with the general philosophy of load forecasting. This report describes Phase II of the load forecasting bibliography. It is focused primarily on engineering economics, issues and parameters. The papers selected are typical and thus are representative of studies dealing with engineering economics in load forecasting.
