He is editor of the Journal of Education Policy. Richard Bowe Richard Boweis a Research Fellow at the Centre for Educational Studies, King's College, University of London. He has published in the area of school examinations and is coauthor of The TVEI Story: Policy, Practice and Preparation for the Workforce(Open University Press 1990).
