To the Editor.— In our article published in the October 1992 issue of theARCHIVES,1the bibliographic citation provided in Table 21(p764)for the Glick Inpatient Family Intervention project should be supplemented by reference to another study by Spencer et al.2 We are happy to have the opportunity to acknowledge these authors' contribution to our project. We also wish to correct a typographical error in the definition given for Cohen's index h.1(p764)The correct formula uses the square root of p rather than p, and should have read as follows: hΦ1 - Φ2, where Φ=2 arcsin (p1/2).
