Multiple sebaceous adenomas of the skin are rare. A case is reported in association with an endometrial carcinoma metastatic to the lung in a 57-year-old Caucasion woman. This patient is alive and well 14 years post pneumonectomy. Two additional cases from the literature are summarized. The syndrome is designated Torre's and represents another instance of benign cutaneous tumors with internal malignancy. Of interest is the prolonged survival of these patients.
