This paper reviews issues related to the strategic planning of new cross-sectoral regional resource megaprojects aimed at the development of new infrastructure and an industrial base in Russia and the exploitation of natural resources in the Arctic and Russia’s East, which are in demand on the global market. These issues are particularly topical in view of the current transformation of the economy’s real sector.
