A Survey of Information Requirements Analysis Techniques

A recent natmnal study estabhshed "the ldentfficatlon of reformation needs of management" as a most critical factor m successful MIS implementation. This survey covers a varmty of approaches to the determmatmn of lnformatmn needs suggested during the past decade. The presentatmn has two objectives 1) to revmw avmlab|e mformatmn analysis methods with a detmled look at several approaches; and 2) to suggest research d~rectmns to improve the usefulness of these methods
