With an excellent foreward by Dr. Guttmacher indicating some of the recent developments, the publishers have issued a reprint edition of a book originally published in 1936 and now a rarity. An enormous amount of historical material is thus made readily available to gynecologists, sociologists, and all others interested in problems of contraception.
