This paper proposes a method for transforming conventional dummy variable coefficients for the purpose of simplifying their interpretation. This method is especially useful in problems involving several dummy variable systems. The transformation was first presented by James A. M, who illustrated the transformation for a hypothetical problem consisting of a single dummy variable system with three classes. The authors have extended Morgan's method to equations with several dummy variable systems as well as conventionally scaled independent variables. The transformation is illustrated for an empirical example involving several continuously scaled variables and five dummy variable systems, each with two or more classes.
