Two largely asymptomatic men, a 36-year-old (patient A) and a 56-year-old (patient B), were evaluated following the sudden death of a first-degree relative. Both resting 12-lead electrocardiograms exhibited minor ST-segment elevation in V1 and 0.2 mV saddle-shaped ST-segment elevation in V2.
