I read with interest the editorial The Virtual Office Trainer: A Teaching Tool for People with Learning Disabilities (vol. 11(3), 2004, p.96). This demonstrates how rehabilitation has moved into the 21st century with innovative use of technology, which may help to overcome the problem of insufficient rehabilitation staff being available, to provide the level of rehabilitation that patients would choose.
