Extremes of intraoperative blood pressure (both very high and very low msMAP) are associated with an increased risk of postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing hip fracture surgery.
In elderly hip fracture patients, both very high and very low levels of msMAP were associated with significantly increased risk of PD.
