Dicyanomethylene-Substituted Fused Tetrathienoquinoid for High-Performance, Ambient-Stable, Solution-Processable n-Channel Organic Thin-Film Transistors.

The synthesis and charge transport property of dicyanomethylene-substituted fused tetrathienoquinoid have been studied. Transistors based on solution casted films exhibited high electron motilities up to 0.9 cm2V−1s−1 in ambient conditions without any post-treatment.
