Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) has revolutionized the treatment of advanced heart failure. However, effective placement of a left ventricular (LV) pacing lead via the coronary venous system is subject to anatomical constraints.
Thomas et al. (Sat,) conducted a case report in Dilated cardiomyopathy with severe left ventricular impairment and coronary sinus atresia (n=1). WiCS-LV system (leadless endocardial pacing) was evaluated on QRS duration and clinical improvement.
