Implementing Internationalisation: The Practical Application of the Fractal Process Model

The paper is concerned with the application of internationalisation theory to the practical issues of undertaking international activity, from the level of the individual, through the department, faculty, and university levels, up to and including the governmental and intergovernmental levels. This fractal process model has widespread use and is a powerful methodological and analytical tool for understanding how internationalisation can be undertaken.
