In order to effectively deal with the major three types of deception jamming of tracking radar, a recognition algorithm is proposed based on Zernike moment feature of time-frequency distribution. In this method, firstly, smoothed pseudo Wigner-Ville (SPWD) distribution of received radar signal under jamming is given, and Zernike moments are calculated as the feature which constitute feature vector for signal recognition. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can achieve satisfying recognition. Through compared with other methods have shown that the method is superiority.
