Due to vacant environment unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) anchors experience in common, line of sight (LoS) channels can be acquired easily with UAV anchors. With this property, localization performance can be enhanced significantly with UAV anchors. However, degradation of localization performance because of non-line of sight (NLoS) channels is inevitable (even in the case of UAV anchors). In this paper, a novel wireless localization algorithm is proposed which reduces localization error in the agricultural system with the existence of NLoS channels. The algorithm improves localization performance via the probability distribution of the occurrence of LoS/NLoS channels and probability distribution of delay time of NLoS channel. The proposed algorithm is shown to outperform the conventional algorithm in terms of localization performance using a simulation which assumes an agricultural environment.
