Conceptual Provisions for the Modernization of the System of Indicators of Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Customs Authorities

This article presents an analysis of the existing system of indicators for assessing the activities of customs authorities, formulates practical issues that are associated with the use of this system in customs. The conceptual provisions for the creation of a coherent system of indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of the customs authorities are presented. The technique of the expert analysis of balance and coordination of system of indicators of efficiency and efficiency of activity of customs and ways of its practical implementation is offered.
