This study investigates whether, how, and when different attributes of Chinese cultural experience jointly influence tourists’ destination attachment. The sampling results from 651 tourists provide evidence that culture contacts through creative experience and cultural memories enhance tourists’ destination attachments. In addition, tourists’ satisfaction and attitudes strengthen positive relationships between culture memories and destination attachment. The robustness examination confirmed that these findings are applicable to evaluate features of cultural experience that involve cultural contacts, creative experience, and cultural memories.
