Criminal qualification declaring of inaccurate information (Art. 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

This article deals with the analysis of criminal and anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine and law enforcement materials, in order to establish the specifics of criminal qualification and establishing signs of crime which is provided in the Art. 3661 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine «Declaring of inaccurate information». In particular, recommendations for application of Art. 3661 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine by law enforcement agencies are the results of this article.
