In this paper, a W-band four-channel receiver MMIC is presented in 0.1um GaAs PHEMT technology. The receiver circuit consists of four four-stage LNA, single-pole four-throw (SP4T) switch, quadrupler for local oscillator (LO) signal generation and the down-conversion mixer cell. The receiver chipset shows an overall conversion gain of 6dB and an average NF of 5dB from 77GHz to 92GHz. An input referred compression point of -15dBm is also realized. The main size of the four-channel receiver MMIC is only 4mm*2.4mm.
