Post-main sequence tracks for 18 masses in the mass/solar mass range between 0.7 and 3.0 have been computed for each of five metal abundances. All of the calculations assumed an initial helium content of 0.25 and a value of 1.6 for the usual mixing-length parameter. The latest Los Alamos opacities, which have important ramifications for predicted mass-luminosity relations, were utilized. Isochrones for ages ranging from 300 million to 15 billion yr were calculated for each grid and transposed to the (Mv, B-V) plane using model atmospheres. The latter are also used to provide boundary conditions for stellar interior calculations. The isochrones were compared to relevant synthetic C-M diagrams of the Pleiades. Praesepe, M67, NGC 188, and NGC 2420 open clusters to check the accuracy of the calculations. The agreement was generally found to be good.
