В першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи описано проблеми та виклики спричинені спалахом пандемії COVID-19. Подано відомості щодо використання інформаційних технологій в умовах епідемії. Розглянуто проблемі викликані нестачею та недостовірністю даних. В другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто питання використання ІТ під час пандемії COVID-19. Зокрема досліджено підключення систем до інтегрованих технологій. Висвітлено залучення даних для процесів обміну досвідом в умовах пандемії. В третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи сформовано сучасні знання про ІТ, що використовуються під час COVID-19. Досліджено Групи користувачів по галузях в умовах пандемії. Розглянуто діяльність з використанням ІТ, ІС та застосунків в умовах пандемії. The second section of the qualification work considers the use of IT during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, the connection of systems to integrated technologies has been studied. The involvement of data for the processes of sharing experiences in a pandemic is highlighted. The third section of the qualification work generates modern knowledge about IT used during COVID-19. Pandemic user groups were studied by industry. Activities using IT, IP and applications in a pandemic are considered. Solutions and recommendations for the implementation and use of IT, IP and applications in a pandemic are proposed.
