This study aims to: (1) determine the feasibility of learning media for electric charging systems based on Macromedia Flash 8 and (2) to determine the ratio of student learning outcomes of the learning medium electrical charging system based on Macromedia Flash 8. This research's method is the Research and Development (R & D) based on the 4D research and development model. Steps being taken, namely the definition phase (define), the planning (design), stage of development (develop), and the deployment phase (disseminate).
