This paper proposes a lithium-ion battery monitoring system with diagnostic interface for marine equipment. In this system, Arduino Nano is used as its main control chip; LTC6811 and AD8210 are used for voltage and current monitoring of lithium-ion batteries; the internal state of battery pack is monitored through the temperature, humidity, water leakage and fire sensors; the protection circuits and battery pack on-line / off-line test control circuits are designed. Moreover, the embedded program and communication protocol are constructed on the basis of hardware. Finally, the experimental results show that the system can accurately obtain the status information of the lithium-ion battery pack in real time.
