Some problems of electronic commerce are analyzed in proposed paper. Generalized model of such kind systems are proposed. The Internet-system of electronic commerce - purposeful set of objects of the any nature with a set of connections between them and between their properties. In other words, the Internet-system of electronic commerce - everything, that consists of the interconnected parts. Examples of such systems: the Internet-shop, the Internet-auction, the virtual enterprise on which the certain productions are united, the Internet-bank, the Internet-publishing house, the Internet-newspaper etc.
