Robotization of judicial activity is understood as the creation of state courts online based on artificial intelligence. The use of other digital technologies is considered only as a prerequisite for the transition to robotic administration of justice, and the readiness of technologies and users themselves to electronic document management. This article discusses the main reasons for misconceptions about the irreplaceability of a person in the judge»s chair, as well as all the advantages and opportunities that are inherent in the constantly developing software product called artificial intelligence.
