Individualized teaching meets the individual needs of students, conforms to the social trend of cultivating innovative talents, and is the inevitable way for the professional development of university teachers and the generation of students' personality. As the primary practitioners of personalized teaching in universities, university teachers face many obstacles before generating individual teaching systems. Aiming at the realistic dilemma faced by university teachers’ personalized teaching, try to solve the following paths: create a relaxed teaching environment to make up for the vacancies in the teaching system; focus on self-improvement and break the impression of traditional university teachers’ roles; insist on teaching reflection to form an individual teaching system for university teachers .
